Application Fields
It is applicable for continuous pre-cooking those small size or crushed fruit and vegetable, thus to achieve the following purposes: 1. Destroy enzyme activity and avoid browning. Soften the fruit pulp, which can convenient to pulping and sugar liquid permeate.
Extract the pectin from the fruit pulp and make it convenient for the next step processing.

- Water bath continuously cooking, you can get out the product from special material turning scrapper.
- Stepless speed regulation, auto control temperature, pre-cooking temperature ≤100℃
